WHOLE CHAMOMILE FLOWERS £2.75
Origin: Slavonija & Podravin, Croatia
These delicate flowers are carefully dried and kept intact for a sweet and soft
flavour. Clean and subtle, these flowers are also wonderfully calming and,
of course, caffeine free.
CORNISH PEPPERMINT £2.75
Origin: Tregothnan Estate, Cornwall, England
Rare English peppermint grown in the Tregothnan Estate’s private botanical
garden is used to create this refreshing tea. Counter-intuitively, the leaves are
dried before brewing as the menthol oils extract more easily than from fresh mint.
The oils create a bright, clean and unmistakable peppermint flavour that is perfect
for after dinner drinks.
LEMON BLEND £2.75
Origin: Sri Lanka, Malawi & France
A truly global blend, this full-bodied infusion combines a mix of vibrant Sri Lankan
and Malawian lemongrass with soft, smooth French lemon verbena to produce
a refreshing tea with grassy notes of fresh hay and the sweetness of lemon drops.
WILD ROOIBOS £2.75
Origin: Cederberg Mountains, South Africa
The real South African Red Bush. Beyond organic, this Rooibos is harvested
completely wild in its indigenous habitat in the Cederberg Mountains. A richly
delicious infusion with deep earthy notes, bright red berries and cedar. Can be
beautifully enhanced by the addition of a twist of lemon zest.
TARRAGONA ALMOND BLOSSOM £2.95
Origin: Terres D’Elba, Tarragona, Spain
Beautiful blossom grown on a rocky hillside where olives and carob trees grow
amongst the Marcona almonds, beside deep, fragrant orange groves. Each flower is
picked individually then carefully air dried on a muslin bed to prevent the blossoms
from bruising. Farmed organically and tenderly by Ferran Rojo Sol. The flavour is
deep and heady. Almonds and honey wih a delicious note of globe artichoke.

organic farms across Sri Lanka. Carefully blended with pure ginger from the high
Himalayan region of Sikkim in India. Ideal every day and especially when the sea
is a little more active - pure ginger is known to fight sea sickness. Notes of sweet
lemon drops combine with the rich tinge of spice.
